3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk999bat will close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and may permanently suspend the player from the Platform. Balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. 4.3 Processing Times

Visa and Mastercard deposits are typically credited within one to five minutes subject to card network processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time are processed to mobile money accounts within minutes under standard conditions. Visa and Mastercard withdrawal processing follows card network timelines of one to three business days. tk999bat does not impose withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Currency

The Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, deposits, bonuses, wagering requirements, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where a game provider displays amounts in a different currency, conversion is applied automatically at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4.5 Refused Transactions

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tk999bat are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% matched deposit bonus up to ৳20,000, subject to the following conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer.
• The bonus and the deposit amount used to trigger the bonus must each be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering must be completed within 21 days of the bonus being credited. Incomplete wagering results in automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times in connection with your account. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false information is a ground for immediate account closure.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, rummy, or multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display anomalies to place wagers at incorrect odds or in game states that do not reflect the intended mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform's payment infrastructure.
• Impersonating another person or operating an account on behalf of another individual.

6.3 Communication Standards

You agree to communicate with tk999bat staff and other players in a respectful and lawful manner. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at support agents or other players will result in account suspension. tk999bat reserves the right to record and retain all communications for regulatory and quality assurance purposes.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your tk999bat account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect tk999bat's right to retain records as required by applicable law or to pursue outstanding liabilities owed by the player.

7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

tk999bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• The player has provided false registration information.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach attributable to the player, tk999bat reserves the right to retain all balances, void all pending withdrawals, and reverse all bonuses. Where an account is closed for any other reason, real-money balances will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion via their account settings without contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 1 day to a minimum of 6 months for full exclusion. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

tk999bat makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers including payment processors and game studios.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All games on tk999bat operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics audited by the relevant game provider. tk999bat is not responsible for individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses arising from normal gameplay. 8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk999bat's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money account balance at the time of the relevant event, excluding bonus funds.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tk999bat, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the Platform.
